It should be kept in mind that every product has its own drying time and the drying time is affected by atmospheric temperature and humidity. Hence it is generally not recommended to apply exterior wood finish during rainy seasons. However, if you do apply during a rainy season, let the drying period between the coats be extended. If you do not allow the extended drying time, the results may be poor and you run the risk of redoing the work entirely from the beginning. Hence we recommend that you diligently observe the weather conditions before getting down to applying the exterior wood finish.
