
Poor Adhesion Between Coats
If, the paint film does not adhere to inter-coat properly, it peels off here and there. This is due to Poor Adhesion between coats.

Sealer and Top coat may not be recommended to be used together. | Use the recommended system (A total system is always recommended). |
Contaminated Primer Surface |
• Firstly, clean the surface. • Apply finish coat in the sequence suggested. |
Excessive Build-up of Stain or Stain not Dry. | Dry thoroughly and wipe excess stain if any |
Sanding of the sealer or primer too smooth | Sand with 220-280 grit sand paper only |
Drying of Catalyzed Finish for Longer duration between sanding and re-coating | Check re-coat instructions carefully |
