If, the paint film does not adhere to inter-coat properly, it peels off here and there. This is due to Poor Adhesion between coats.

Solutions

Sealer and Top coat may not be recommended to be used together. Use the recommended system (A total system is always recommended).
Contaminated Primer Surface • Firstly, clean the surface.
• Apply finish coat in the sequence suggested.
Excessive Build-up of Stain or Stain not Dry. Dry thoroughly and wipe excess stain if any
Sanding of the sealer or primer too smooth Sand with 220-280 grit sand paper only
Drying of Catalyzed Finish for Longer duration between sanding and re-coating Check re-coat instructions carefully
